Hi, my name is David Mullins. I am the proud owner of 15 McDonald's® Restaurants in the Jacksonville/St Augustine area.  I have been an owner/operator for over 17 years and have a tremendous love for the business and especially the dedicated, hardworking people who drive the business day in and day out.  I understand and appreciate that without PEOPLE we would not be the company we are.  I am committed to the individual development of each of our people and to enriching their lives through education, opportunity and personal growth. 

My leadership team & I believe we have the greatest crew and management teams in the industry.  It has been our guiding philosophy that in order to be the best, you have to have the best in the business.  We are thankful everyday for the great folks that make up our organization.  From their commitment to their jobs, our customers and to the entire McDonald's system, there is no team more committed or driven.

I am fortunate to be part of a company that leads the industry in standards and  commitment  to the customer.  I am continuously amazed at the Passion, Energy and Knowledge our people bring to our business and to the customers every day.

Over 30 years ago, I walked through the doors of McDonald's and applied for a job.  I started as a grill person and made a plan for myself.  I have never held another job in my life.  I am the McDonald's story and fortunate to be living the American Dream.  McDonald's continues to be today, what it was 30 years ago, a company committed to the founding principles of Ray Kroc and a commitment to be the employer of choice in our community.
