Hourly Shift Managers

Hours: Part-Time / Full-Time Positions Available

Apply Online Now As an Hourly Manager, you'll be responsible for restaurant operations during a designated shift. As such, you'll play an important role in many areas of the business, including customer satisfaction, employee relations, shift management and team building. This includes: Swing Managers, Serv Safe Certified Swing Managers and ITM Certified Swing Managers. As an hourly Manager, you will spend up to four months learning our business in order to gain experience and a high competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Shift Manager, earn a potentil pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Trainees with the best and most flexible availability can rise to the level of salaried management. You will be trained to run an outstanding shift with the responsibility of delivering great Quality,Service, and Cleanliness to our customers.
