Description: A member of our customer service team is responsible for taking and filling guests oders both for the dinning room and the Drive-thru. as a member of the team you will also help with preparation, organization and presentation of the orders. Description: As an Hourly Manager, you'll be responsible for restaurant operations during a designated shift. As such, you'll play an important role in many areas of the business, including customer satisfaction, employee relations, shift management and team building. This includes: Swing Managers, Serv Safe Certified Swing Managers and ITM Certified Swing Managers. As an hourly Manager, you will spend up to four months learning our business in order to gain experience and a high competency level.
